Bobby Beeman

Bobby Beeman is Communications and Public Affairs Manager at Olympic Medical Center, a public hospital district located in rural Northwest Washington, approximately two hours west of Seattle. Beeman has more than 15 years of experience in public relations and communications; with more than a decade in a rural health care setting. In her 11 years at Olympic Medical Center, Beeman’s core focus and expertise has been public relations, communications and marketing; however, she “wears many hats” and also works closely with the CEO and senior management on strategic planning, legislative advocacy, community health needs assessments, grants and other special projects, as needed.

Beeman has been a SHSMD member since 2005, participating in various committees throughout the years, including the 2016 Annual Conference Planning Committee. She has also participated as a guest editor for Spectrum Newsletter’s “Community Connections” section. Outside of SHSMD, she is an active member of three-county, state-designated “Accountable Community of Health,” as an OMC delegate and specifically involved in the Community Assessment and Planning Committee. She also sits on the Washington State Hospital Association’s Public Policy Advisory Group. In a volunteer capacity, she is a board member of the local chapter of the United Way.  Beeman holds a graduate degree in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash., where she studied organizational leadership, servant leadership, ethics, diversity in the workplace, organizational behavior and culture. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from Western Washington University, and an Associate of Arts degree from Peninsula College located in Port Angeles, Wash.

Kevin Stranberg
Director of Strategy and Patient Experience
Memorial Medical Center


Kevin Stranberg serves as Director of Strategy and Patient Experience for Memorial Medical Center; President of Stranberg & Associates; and Senior Consultant with The Baird Group.  Kevin has served in leadership roles of the Wisconsin Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society and the Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (AHA affiliate).  He has presented at conference for the Beryl Institute, the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development and the Forum for Healthcare Strategists. Kevin is the recipient of the Professional Excellence Award from the WHPRMS. Most recently, he became a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and is recognized for his work as a speaker, strategist, trainer and facilitator.

Floyd Wilson
Executive Vice President and Chief Community Officer
Metro Health Hospital

Floyd is a lifelong learner and he holds bachelor of science degrees from Central Michigan University and Grand Valley State University. Additionally, he has a Masters’ degree from Western Michigan University and is candidate for Doctor of Health Administration, Dissertation scheduled: 2016 from Central Michigan University. Professionally, Floyd serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Community Officer at Metro Health Hospital. Other roles he lead are Executive Vice President, Physician and External Relations, Executive Vice President, Human Resources.

Floyd is a leader and is active in the Greater Grand Rapids Community as well and serves on several boards: Metro Health Physician Hospital Organization Board of Directors, Gerald R. Ford International Airport, Convention and Arena Authority (CAA), Experience Grand Rapids, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), West Michigan Policy Forum, Rethinking Dementia - Accelerating Change, Operational Cabinet for the West Michigan Center for Arts + Technology (WMCAT), a recipient of the prestigious Walter Coe Public Services award as a Giant Award Recipient in 2015. Floyd and his wife, Yolanda, have three wonderful children: Floyd III, Garrisen Kamille, Zachery Thomas and Koko Intended (Labradoodle). They reside in Forest Hills.

Elizabeth Harvill
Director of Marketing and Community Relations
Meadows Regional Medical Center

Even before joining the Medical Marketing Field, Elizabeth Harvill, Director of Marketing and Community Relations for Meadows Regional Medical Center was identified for her strong leadership abilities. At the age of 26, she was named by Georgia Trend Magazine as recipient of the very prestigious Top 40 under 40 recognition.
She is an established leader, serving as President for the Vidalia Kiwanis Club, the 6th largest Club in the state of Georgia. After moving into the Healthcare Marketing industry, she was named as a two time President for the Georgia Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations for the Georgia Hospital Association.

In 2014, she was named Rising Star for the Society of Healthcare Strategy & Market Development. In 2015, she was named Top Hospital Marketer of the Year by Hospital Marketing National. Since 2012, she has won over two dozen state and national awards in healthcare marketing.

She graduated with a B.S. in Communication Arts in 2004 from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Public Administration from Troy State in 2009. She and her husband reside in Vidalia, Georgia and together they have three small children, Landon, age 3, Jocelyn, age 5 and Aiden, age 9.
