Use the AHA Digital Pulse to assess your organization’s Digital Front Door
The AHA Digital Pulse is a free tool for SHSMD members that also belong to the AHA to learn where existing capabilities can support scaling digital transformation. Benchmark your digital capabilities against other industry leaders and see what tools are fueling success. The AHA developed the Pulse in collaboration with health care digital transformation consultancy AVIA to help members assess their digital capabilities and drive discussion in their organizations.
The Digital Front Door Pulse assessment will guide your team through an evaluation of how effectively your organization has established a Digital Front Door for your patients. The assessment will allow you to evaluate your capabilities in several areas, including:
- Provider directory
- Provider search
- Ratings and reviews transparency
- Consumer scheduling
- Virtual triage
- Virtual visit – asynchronous
- Virtual visit – synchronous
- Low-acuity care navigation
